1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of jeta73.org, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it — via mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other means. jeta73 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform homepage or via registered email address.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use jeta73. By completing the registration process you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. jeta73 reserves the right to request certified proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on jeta73. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If jeta73 identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all such accounts except the first registered account will be closed without notice, and any balances or pending withdrawals will be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly should it change. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jeta73 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jeta73 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jeta73 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within the platform's cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.

3.2 Currency

All transactions on jeta73 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts. International card payments may be subject to currency conversion by the issuing bank; jeta73 is not responsible for any conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by third-party payment processors.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless the support team has explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. jeta73 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals made during normal operating hours.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jeta73 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. jeta73 reserves the right to freeze funds and request documentary evidence of the source of funds at any time. Any account suspected of being used to launder funds will be reported to the appropriate authorities and all funds will be suspended pending investigation.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Eligibility

Promotional bonuses and free bets are available to eligible registered players as determined by jeta73 at its sole discretion. New player welcome bonuses are available only on the first qualifying deposit made to a newly registered account. Players who have previously held an account on jeta73 under a different identity are not eligible for new player promotions.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated explicitly in the terms of each individual promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds. jeta73 reserves the right to specify which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to exploit promotional offers through irregular betting patterns, low-risk hedging strategies, use of multiple accounts, or any other method that jeta73 determines to constitute bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure. jeta73's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

4.4 Promotion Changes

jeta73 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. The terms of a promotion in place at the time a player opts in are the terms that apply to that player's participation in that specific promotional offer.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. jeta73 will not reverse a confirmed bet under any circumstances except where a bet has been accepted in error (for example, due to a manifest technical error or an obviously incorrect price). The minimum and maximum bet limits for each product are displayed within the respective game or betting interface.

5.2 Void Bets

jeta73 reserves the right to declare a bet void where it was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the permitted period, or affected by circumstances that render the outcome of the bet indeterminate. Void bets result in the return of the original stake to the player's account.

5.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournament fixtures — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and competition as published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules prevail. jeta73 does not accept liability for any bets placed on incorrect markets or event listings due to player error.

5.4 Payout Limits

Maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets and are stated within the individual product or event listing. jeta73 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or series of bets to the published maximum payout regardless of the accumulated odds.

6. Responsible Gaming

jeta73 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, wagering limits, and session time limits using the tools available in their account dashboard. Players who wish to take a temporary break from the platform may activate a cooling-off period. Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the platform may request self-exclusion by contacting support via Telegram @jeta73support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.

7. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeta73 and constitute grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Operating more than one account on the platform
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with the platform
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors in odds, or system malfunctions
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jeta73 staff or other players
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by local law

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to jeta73's offshore operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first contact jeta73 support via Telegram @jeta73support or email at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution. jeta73 will respond to all formal dispute notices within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of jeta73's operating jurisdiction.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jeta73 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on jeta73.org. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
